If you're a fan of the classic 1996 film Twister, then you're in for a treat with the new TWISTERS movie. This reboot manages to capture the essence of the original while delivering a fresh and exciting take on the storm-chasing adventure.
One of the standout aspects of TWISTERS is the impressive visual effects. The tornadoes are rendered with a level of realism that is both awe-inspiring and terrifying. The combination of cutting-edge CGI and practical effects creates a sense of immersion that will make you realize the power and dangers of these natural calamities.
Daisy Edgar-Jones has that intelligent female vibe, while Glen Powell, with his mega-watt smile, exudes leading man aura. He's definitely on his way to superstardom. Their performances are both charming and convincing, making it easy for the audience to invest in their characters' journeys. It would have been nice to see a cameo of Helen Hunt, but I guess the filmmakers wanted their own standalone movie.
From the director of MINARI, Lee Isaac Chung, TWISTERS is a true summer blockbuster, delivering high-octane action, stunning visuals, and a believable story. Whether you're a fan of the original or a newcomer to the franchise, this film is sure to leave you thoroughly entertained and eager for more.
