Debbie Ocean, sister of legendary con-man Danny Ocean, is recently released from prison after spending five years in jail. She immediately reconnects with her former partner-in-crime Lou Miller, and together start to recruit a team of women who are experts in their field. Their target - a diamond necklace worth $150 million.
Sandra Bullock leads an all-star cast which includes Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Rihanna, Helena Bonham Carter, Mindy Kaling, Sarah Paulson, & Awkwafina. Each of these girls contribute to pull-off the greatest heist of their lives.
Just watching these women's camaraderie, planning, and execution is so much fun ! They are intelligent, precise, and organized. Indeed it's empowering !
